Processing Time

I make everything in my shop by hand, and sometimes it takes a little extra time. If it has to be cast per order, such as gold or stainless steel jewellery, it will take 1-2 weeks to make depending when you order. My rings I always make to your size, same with gemstone choices (I have a lots of options I can offer!) and as a one woman shop I usually make my items as needed. It helps keep my costs low and my quality high. Because we all want quality jewellery! If you're not sure about something and want to see if I have it in stock on hand, just drop me a line! But I promise, it's worth the wait!

Shipping FYI

I send orders out on Friday mornings to make my life easier, and I end up less frazzled! If you need something sooner, please let me know, I'm here to help. Please be aware that there are some delays for deliveries worldwide due to the pandemic, so please be patient and it will get there!

Shipping times vary from location to location. In North America it's 1-2 weeks and overseas 3-8 weeks depending on customs inspections and postal service delays. I can offer other shipping options, just ask me for a quote.

Please know all orders leaving Canada have to include an order invoice with the total of the order by law. I can't mark items as gifts or exclude the invoice unless it is being shipped inside of Canada. I apologize for this in advance.

Most of my items include tracking, except a few countries that don't offer it. So if you need tracking and you're not sure if it comes with it, please let me know right away. Also I offer DHL international, which takes 3-10 days to deliver and come with tracking and insurance.

Please note I am not responsible for delay in delivery due to errors in address entered, international customs processing time, time and date of delivery, or customs & VAT fees, and items returned to me due to refusal to pay those fees will not be refunded as it is considered a forced return and will not be eligible for a refund. Buyers are responsible for all fees and taxes charged by your country and must be paid by the buyer.

Returns and refunds

For all orders except custom orders and made to order items such as gold jewellery, I will accept returns only as long as I am notified and is mailed back within 14 days of you receiving it, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and refund minus the restocking fee and any shipping charges will be given once I've received it back in my hands. But I must contacted first, or it will be considered a forced return, thus voiding the refund option. If you made a mistake on the size you need, you can send it back and I'll resize it for you, just have to cover the shipping costs both ways. Gold jewellery is non refundable due to the custom nature of them as they are made for you and you alone, and are not stock items.
